1st APUCSM Committee Meeting held on 10^th October 2009

 

President:

1^st. The Committee accepts Georgina Blundell as vice-president

for  English speaking section of the association.

Subsequently it agrees:

 

2^nd. To accept the fees  of delivery of the appeal.

 

3^rd. To propose the necessity to realize an annual estimate for

publicity, to be presented at each annual assembly for approbation.

 

4^th. Given the urgency to act while the expedient  of “COSTAS”

is still accessible to the public, the vice-presidents, secretary and

vocals, accept the cost of a report of the process to be  carried  out

by Sr. Jose Ortega ( lawyer for the national association of the affected by the coastal law).

 

5^th. The denunciation is finally signed to be taken to Enviroment

and agreed to subsequently send to the European institutions.

 

6^th. To convoke various assemblies (Christmas and Easter) before

the annual general meeting  in July, to induce participation of other

member groups.

 

7^th. To finish compiling the statutes of the committee for their presentation at the annual assembly for  final approbation.
