Do you own a house or a berth in the canals of Santa Margarita or on the river Grao?
Did you buy your property with authentication by a notary and entered in the owners registry? Do you believe you own your property? If you believe that you are mistaken!!! Presently efforts are undertaken to expropriate part of your property without compensation! Who wants to do it? The Spanish Government, the regional Government of Catalonia and the city of Rosas!! They will take your berth from you and for the usage of said berth they will charge you more than the cost of a similar berth in the Port of Rosas. Are your containment walls ok? Yes, never Mind you have to pay for renewal of the walls. You created a garden on your property along the canal or build a swimming pool, a footbridge erected. To bad, because the state requires 6m of your ground. Possible you are already having breakfast on public ground. If you are out of luck, a public foot path will be created for ? Nautical Services? on your ground.
